1. Choose your style of travel and see our sample trips to get the first impression of the destination and the possible experiences and adventures. But don’t limit yourself to the sample. Let us know of your travel wishes so we can tailor your holiday to your needs. START PLANNING YOUR TRIP button in the upper right side of the tour description will take you to the online application form where you can request a customized travel proposal. Please write your travel plans and wishes as accurately as possible.

2. You will receive from us a no-obligation trip offer, which we can customize further to your wishes together. We can also have a video chat where we can present you with more details and possibilities in person so we can create the perfect holiday for you.

3. When you decide to book, we will send you a link where you can complete the booking form details. Once we receive your booking request, we will start with confirmation of all services included in your holiday. This may take around 7 days. If any of the accommodation or excursions is not available on the dates requested we will offer alternative hotels / experiences.

4. Your booking will be considered valid only if confirmation is followed immediately by an advance payment of €150,- per person, per trip. If your booking is made within 42 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

A contract will exist between you and Macedonia Travel from the date of the final payment, or, if you book within 42 days of departure the contract will exist when we accept full payment. By that time you will also need to acknowledge that you have a valid travel insurance coverage. You can pay for your holiday by credit card (Master and Visa) or by bank transfer.

5. You will receive the detailed trip information and the vouchers approximately 10 days before departure.

6. You can change your travel plans up to 30 days before departure free of charge. Less than 30 days before departure we will charge a change fee of €30 per booking. Please note that cancellation costs may arise for the parts that you change. Once your trip has started, it is no longer possible to make adjustments to it.

7. For all cancellations made 42 days or more prior to the commencement of the tour, all amounts already paid to Macedonia Travel will be reimbursed to the Client, less the booking and the bank transfer fee. For later cancellations, the following cancellation policy applies:

– Less than 30 days and more than 20 days prior to departure: refund of 50% of the payment made.
– Less than 20 days and more than 10 days prior to departure: refund of 30% of the payment made.
– 10 days or less: No refund.
